Jaxon was born!
Doesn't that let you know it's going to be a crazy year! We let another crazy kid into this world! He's a piece of work like his sister that's for sure!
You should see him trying to keep up with her already.
Monty and I both turned 26 this year. I know WOW we are getting old. I prefer to say I'm still 23 but that doesn't work too well LOL.
At the family reunion this year Jaxon wasn't the only new baby! It was Baby Olivia's first Reunion as well and they were loved and snuggled the whole time.
Makynzi turned 3 this year and we had a fun "Messy Party" like she wanted. Basically the getting messy part involved going up into a blow up bounce house/water slide and coming out into a mud pile. It was so much fun!!
Another big thing was that we talked Bapaw into moving into our neighborhood and out of Pasadena finally! He lives right behind us and we love it that he is super close!!
This year has been a huge year for our house remodeling. We now have NO more ugly wallpaper anywhere in the house and pretty paint and crown molding! I can't wait to finally have it all finished! This year means finishing up the painting and getting rid of our carpet!
As if we didn't have enough going on, Makynzi and Monty really wanted a German Shepard puppy so after searching and searching we found 3 month old Ella. We had her about a month and added, Harley, a French Mastiff into the mix. Let me tell ya it was pure craziness for a couple of months until Barbara and Jamie adopted her! Makynzi loves that she has a puppy at our house and Nana and PePaw's too.
Just typing all this makes me realize how busy we really were! Add into that all the holidays, birthdays, MOPS, playdates, gymnastics, occasional cheerleading class and doctor appointments that we have on a monthly basis and there leaves little room for a relaxing day! We can relax when we are really old right!?! Thanksgiving and Christmas were more firsts for our little guy and for us as a family of four! I love that we get to spend them with family and that Bubba was able to come down for both this year!
Wow what a recap! 2010 has something to really follow doesn't it! Can't wait to see what it brings!
