It's officially Fall!

So maybe our leaves aren't turning colors yet and we don't have snow on the ground like some places do when it's fall but we have Football and Fall Festivals and that equals Fall in my book! Cold weather, that is just miserable so y'all can keep that up north but other than that Fall is pretty good! Saturday we had a football game first thing in the morning. I'm getting better about cheering for the right team and learning some of the terminology now. Nannie, Nonna, and Pepaw were there with us cheering on the game cheerleaders and the Saints even won! The girls were so excited that right after they were cheering " Give me a T-D, what's that? A Touch Down!" the boys scored a touch down! Because of the cheering of course :)

Then we had lunch with Nonna and Pepaw at Whataburger where they now have a baby onesie....hmmmm...maybe we need something to fill that in :) Just kidding! I'll just have to get it as a baby gift!

After that it was straight to the 1st Fall Festival of the year! Where the kids played on some slides, got their faces painted, we shopped the auction (and I won 2 baskets!), played the Mystery Envelope game and won a gift card to the movies, and the kids did tons of tumbling. Seriously! While Monty was inside trying to win the $600 game of Bingo the kids and I spent the time outside in the gorgeous, warm weather, playing. Sissy was doing cartwheels, she did 15 in a row - her record so far - and working on her front and back walkovers. Lil man was doing flips and ninja moves and playing tackle football with some of the bigger kids

After leaving there it was home, shower, change, get Miss Priss to her first Girl Scout Pajama Party/Sleepover. We chose to pick her up after the PJ Party and not let her spend the night but she still had a blast and wasn't grumpy about leaving or anything. We promised her she can have all the slumber parties she wants here.

Sunday was a relaxing day, well as relaxing as we ever have!
