Princess Poses and Snotty Noses: Valentine's weekend

Instead of a Valentine's day we pretty much had a Valentine's weekend since Mighty Mak's party at school was Thursday and the hubby couldn't be around for Valentine's dinner we did it early.

Then headed to the gym... and ballet....and some shopping...and then finally off to the lake for a fun field weekend! So thankful the weather was beautiful and we could enjoy it outside for a change.

We even got to head out on the boat for a bit....bundled up of course...

Baby Jax is finally big enough to drive the car Uncle Bubba gave them and didn't want to get out of it one bit. All was good with that until Mighty Mak was trying to get in and he ran over her foot...oops...but she came and got some snuggles then got right on in for some more fun.

Whew she made it

Not only is he big enough for the car he's also big enough to do so many other things.....I guess that's what happens when he's a week away from two.

He can feed himself without spilling...too much

Climb and stand tall on the table

Then fall and pretend to be asleep on Sissy's cot

Put his underwear on

And shower now instead of just take a bath.

Oh, and he can hold his towel up like a big boy

What a big kid!

I'm sure you are wondering what happen to his cheek....well the one not so fun thing that happen this weekend was that Baby Jax got bit by one of the dogs. He laid his head down to pet Zoey and Zoey snapped and got his face. Thank God he's okay and not scared of dogs now but we just have to keep him away from the faces.

Oh, and I'm totally lacking pix of Mighty Mak this weekend but she was there but pretty busy being a lil mommy to her babies
