It has been a very eventful week that's for sure. As you know we got back from Midland a couple weeks ago then headed straight for the lake house for Labor Day weekend. We barely got back and had a call that Bubba was going through a tough time so went to Midland again to be there with him. He is doing ok though-thanks for asking ;). He just needed his big sister there with him for a little bit.
While we were there Lil Man turned 7 months old and started clapping at anything that excited him and still does! On top of that he is crawling now! He is everywhere in no time- especially into his Sissy's toys. She's not the happiest about that. But is super excited he can crawl. We have to keep reminding her to pick up her toys so he doesn't eat them. And tell her "remember last week you said you wanted Bubba to crawl and play with you well now he is" LOL. She sure does love to snuggle him but a lil too rough at times b/c she will get him in a choke hold and that's just her way of hugging him but we have to get her off quick- just in case LOL.
Well we have decided that since our babies are growing we should add another family member as well. We found the cutest St Bernard....yes as in Beethoven and I have seen the movie....and feel right in love with it. We made arrangements to pick her up but her owners decided they couldn't let her go so now the search continues. I didn't think I would be all that upset about it but the tears came when I saw the email that she had changed her mind. Guess it wasn't meant to be for us and if one is we will find one...or one will find us!
In the mean time we'll keep on looking so if you know of a puppy that needs to be with our family let me know!
O and names- Makynzi has decided we need to name the puppy either Alexis, Abby, Jordyn or Big Brother LOL We shall see what we end up with
